How Prepared Are You For Your Sales Meetings?
You have a big sales meeting coming up. How well prepared are you?
Many salespeople try to fly by the seat of their pants when they need to ask, what do you hope to get from the meeting?
Do you know what your client wants to achieve?
At the very least, have this in mind.
But why not go further?
Here's 15 mins of work you should consider
1) In 10 words or less, define what the purpose of your meeting/call is (takes 3 mins)
2) Research the people you will be meeting or plan to call (takes 3 mins)
3) Draft a short 3-to-4-point agenda (takes 3 mins)
4) Roleplay the meeting or call (takes 3 mins)
5) Get into the right mindset before you make the call or start the meeting (takes 3 mins)
The 15 minutes spent before a sales interaction will practically and mentally prepare you.
Think of all those who DON'T do this and what they miss out on.
Be part of the few who plan it out.
